Many gels and foams are too aerated and not efficient at the point of contact between razor blade, skin and beard. It's what is in contact with the skin and beard that matters. To provide a well lubricated, smooth shave the shave crème is as important as a good blade. The right shave crème means less resistance, less irritation, less nicks and a longer lasting blade!
Always use a good razor with a good blade, rinsing in warm water before and regularly, whilst shaving.
