It is important that you are aware that when buying goods on the internet you are entering into a legally binding contract and any such contract is subject to UK law.

You have the right to a seven working days cooling off period and therefore should you change your mind and wish to cancel your total order, you may return your order intact to the address below at your own expense, and we will provide you with a refund of the order value.

We believe that every effort has been made to provide you with a product that you will be happy with, and therefore should you at any time have genuine cause for dissatisfaction with any of our products, please contact us at the address below and subject to the return of the product (normally at our expense), we will (at our discretion) replace the product or (subject to proof of purchase) refund the value. Your complaint will normally be dealt with within 2 working days but no later than within 5 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
