1. by credit / debit card via website with free post and packing in the UK. Orders received before 1pm on a working day are usually posted same day by first class post.
2. by mail order via printed website form sent to FREEPOST MEN-U. Click for order form; free post and packing applies in the UK. Orders received by freepost on a working day are usually posted same day.
