Obviously it is important to keep oneself in shape - physically and mentally. There are a number of things one should do to fulfill this including a healthy diet and regular exercise. Both of these activities can also help with skin and hair.

Diet - to include the right vitamins and minerals. Eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables and drink 2 litres of water a day. Do not smoke and keep your alcohol intake low.

Regular exercise and keeping stress levels under control is extremely important as is a good sleep pattern.
